If your meter is lost or broken, you can contact us to receive a new one, absolutely free. This offer only applies once a year. If you need to replace your meter more than once a year, you will need to pay the "Meter Fee" for the subsequent replacements after using your free replacement. This offer does not apply to the optional 2 in 1 Blood Pressure/ Glucose meter or Talking Meter upgrades in the Value Package.
Credit Card/Debit Card.
Due to the cyclical nature of the program, you will need to provide us with a credit or debit card when you first enroll. This is a requirement as we need to charge your card every month in order for you to receive your supplies in a timely manner. By signing up for the program, you authorize Blue Sparrow Medical to charge the desired package amount to your card every month until you decide to cancel.
Checks/Money Orders
We do accept checks and money orders for this program. However, we need to receive this in a timely manner in order for you to receive your supplies on time. Please send us your payment two (2) weeks in advance. Make all checks payable to Health Essentials.
